Loan Policy
Member loan eligibility is based on approved cooperative rules, including contribution and unit position.
A disbursed loan creates a cooperative receivable. Repayments reduce the outstanding loan balance. Loan repayments do not create cooperative units.
Active, overdue, or defaulted loans may restrict withdrawal. Loan defaults and provisions can affect cooperative performance and may affect future NAV.
