Withdrawal Policy

A withdrawal request can use only available units. When a request is made, those units are locked so they cannot be used for another purpose.

Approval redeems the units and creates a Withdrawal Obligation. Payout settles that obligation by paying from Cooperative Bank Cash.

Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted by cooperative rules, liquidity, active loans, unit locks, bank verification, reconciliation issues, or trustee approval thresholds. Reversals are posted through linked correction entries, not by editing old ledger records.
